Hmmm...You should know why are you spending too much. Why do you spend a lot? For what?

Know yourself first. Trace the roots of your habits.

    Awareness leads to action.

I can't give you a quick fix. But I would recommend to you Simplify books by Bo Sanchez. Buy the green or the blue one. Or read Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. Basin makatabang pa diay.

hi sis. grabe pud nimo jud mugasto.. you are indeed an aggressive buyer. buy lang ka without hesitation. about sa grocery, advice lang nako is, before going there and splurging your money:

    1. make a list on what you really NEED. the necessities lang gud. bawasi ang mga things na suya suya lang.

    2. have a BUDGET PLAN. lower it pud sis.. hehe honestly grabe jud ka dako ang 500-700$ in a WEEK... lower your budget and stick with your budget. for example you lower it to 300$ or mas maayo 200$, itatak jud sa imong ulo na mao ra na imong budget.

    3. hinay hinaya og hunong ang shopping sprees... if for example mag shopping ka everyday, tame yourself na maanad kag once a week lang, then after a while, twice a month nalang , then again, SET A BUDGET AND STICK WITH IT.

    4. divert your attention to other stuffs. like for example, if wa jud ka mabuhat dira, enroll in a gym, have a workout, mu sexy paka maayo para sa imong bana, and maybe just maybe wa na ka energy mag shopping and that would save you money.. heheh or you could learn yoga hahah, or a dance class or aerobics, anything that requires energy or anything that interests you aside from shopping.

mao ra akong katambag sis, you neet to control yourself for your marriage's sake. I hope I have helped sis.

goodluck! kaya jud kaayo na nimo!

while it will not cure your shopaholism overnight, reading books/articles on frugality will help you get a different perspective on consumerism. for a start, check the frugality thread in Family Matters. there are also very good books on frugal/simple living..."Simple Life" by Larry Roth is a classic.

go to depress area especially mga bata sa pilipinas na naglisod ug wala gani gamit. ibutang lang imo kaugalingon nila. huna huna inig punit nimo sa item kung nag kinahanglan ba jud ka.. ur way too lucky kaysa sa uban. ang imong gi pang spend kay imo pa na gi help sa less fortunate diba it gives u contentment and happiness don't think or love too much yourself. Naa ra man na sa imong mind.
