sis, i really doubt if your friend can get a lending company nga dinalian gyud pareha ani... esp. if inyu plano i-collateral iya yuta... lending companies have their own set of requirements and procedures nga i-go thru before ma release ang loan... i-appraise pa ang offered collateral, ipa annotate pa ang REM etc... not to mention the separate background investigation and capacity determination sa borrower...

as a credit practitioner myself, we always shun from dali2x nga proceso kay more often than not, thats where some of our problematic accounts arise... esp. these times nga almost all the lending companies have more than standard limits of delinquent accounts in their portfolio...

if dinalian jud, the only option left for you (and your friend) would be the informal lenders... try them kuno... basin pa.

your right bro in fact for 50k and land ang i collateral thats very small amount that is why its so imp. pud credibility sa mag pa loan mas maayo kaila ra gani kay clean title man ni. Anyway, atm ss pension is more safer. Thanks! dinalian jud ni kay karon na i out sa hospital iya anak. Just try what i can do here. God bless
