    Default Electronic/Online Transactions

Hello Guys Just want your thoughs about this.

Since we all know that one of the most corrupt agency of the government is the BIR
how about if the government will implement an electronic transactions *Debit Card
cause I think most ATM now can be use as a Debit Card cause I use mine when purchasing
any item in the malls as long as it have a remaining balance.

these transaction should be available in:

    Malls
    Gas Stations
    Supermarkets
    Pharmacy
    Fast Foods
LTO Fees / Fines *Paying Online
    Medical Fees / Payment
    BIR Paying taxes Online

    etc...

in this way we can make sure that all stores/agency/ are paying their taxes
and the money will go straight where it should be, and makes it more easier for us as well.

This can avoid robbers, snatchers, fixers

    any thoughts?

actually, you are citing 2 points:
    corruption in BIR
    stores remitting taxes to BIR

if u have already noticed, tax payments are already made thru banks. this already erases the possibility of tax payments going to BIR pockets.

and if u purchase from stores, whether u use cash, credit card, debit card, PO, etc...the only simple rule is just to ask for an OFFICIAL RECEIPT.

as for online transactions, debit card, etc, it is only for convenience and a deterrent to crime. u don't have to bring lots of cash around.

but sometimes the official receipts you received may not be the official at all.
because they can tamper it, using a bugos one.

aw wa na gyud tay mahims ana as the customer. Risk nana sa seller. good if u can notice it is bogus. but likely not.

but so far, bogus official receipts are those that have no printing press finely printed at the bottom of the receipts showing the name of the printing press, address, and contact. hadlok nasab ang mga printers ana, ky kng masakspan cla would be the end of their business, forever.

But mostly, stores like in the malls, groceries and boutiques (and even gasoline stations) have untampered cash registers that prints the receipts.

Look for the BIR stamped stickers on their cash registers. if u can't find one, it could be possible wala na register ilang cash register sa BIR and bogus ang receipts ilang gipang luwa.

some stores are not required to give official receipts like if it's below 25 pesos purchase, or in sari-sari stores, bazaars, or in wet markets.
