is it enough2 years what a joke i wonder were these so called hard labor will be... this one soldier does not even deserves the honor of a firing squad.. he must be hanged for all practicality or better imprisonment in a crowded city jail with the common criminals.....

If I am not mistaken, Garcia's crime was already punishable by death in other countries AND EVEN OURS. Some officials caught stealing would even volunteer to have themselves exiled. Pero baga man ug nawong ang atong mga Pinoy na opisyales and kahibaw man sad sila nga makalusot sila as long as naa sila'y datum. So wala ra gihapon! Hala sigeha pa na ninyo!
