    Default Oatmeal, makapadaot o makatambok?


    Unsa man jud ning oatmeal makapadaot o makatambok? For the past 3-4 mos., mao ni akong kasagaran pamahaw ug panihapon, sa lunch ra ko naay rice, pero wala man gyud muminos akong timbang. Akong routine, kung d-off sa trabaho magjogging, weightlifting (basic lang), basketball, make myself busy (dili magsigi lingkod tan-aw tv), 1 cup rice ra jud (kun dili mag-oatmeal), usually mag 4-5 small meal biscuit lang.
    At 43, I want to loose at least 15 lbs. Medyo active ko (pwera buyag lang hehehe) compare sa uban younger pa nako, pero wala lang jud muubos akong timbang. I tried 3 kinds of slimming pill (hydroxycut) & gel but wala effect.
    Nag-oatmeal ko kay makaayo man kuno ni sa heart, pero nagduda na hinuon ko nga usa ning oats makatambok.

    sa pg disciplina ra na sa imong kaon oi...with matching lihoklihok sa lawas....pero kung tambokon jud ka..yaw nlng pagdamgo mapareha imu lawas nako..heheheheheh

    sa gipamulong ko na kun day off nako sa trabaho sigi ko jogging, basketball, weightlifting , unya akong kaon 1 rice sa lunch ra pud sa pamahaw ug panihapon oatmeal ko.....

    im 22.. and i sometimes eat oatmeals for breakfast... saglan nko ug coffee para mwala ang luod sa oatmeal... the thing is with oatmeals kay rich in fiber mn ni cya.. so its good for digestion...

    one thing is for sure.. ang oatmeal kay healthy food jud. if you want to lose weight, make sure that u eat a balance diet, the right combination of the food groups. nya exercise sad. losing weight is a lifestyle change pud bya. dli ni mu happen overnight. try moving more often cguro...

    btw, sure ka one cup of rice ra imo lunch? nya oatmeat for bfast and dinner? dont u feel deprived? heheh

    oatmeal is for body cleansing ra. dili na sya pampadaut or
    patambok. diet also is having proper meals and not skipping
    meals. i hope u know that.

    bai nindot na mo discipline sa imo lawas.
    i-include lang proper meals that are right
    for what you want, pampatambok or
    pampapayat. lahi ang meal intakes sa duha.

    yes sakto ni eyaha..oatmeal ky rich in fiber na ra na xa so cleanser rajud na xa dili ingnon nga makaloose ni ug weight.but its not advisable if you dont have to eat full meal during breakfast time especialyy if you are working the whole day..better disciplin nalang sa diet.try to ask some dietician if unsay mka paminus ug timbang nimo.

    oatmeal is a calorie dense carbohydrate.. it's just like rice.. pero unlike rice.. oatmeal is a complex carbs.. which means the body will take time to break it down and going to your system.. purag gi gradual..

    like the song goes.. "the coconut is a giant nut if you eat too much you get very fat..."

    note: hydroxycut is not a slimming pill... under ni siya sa themrogenics(the so called "fat burners") won't really help without proper diet and exercise..

    btw, instead of rice...pag-mais na lang pirmi...yeah

    great alternative for rice...

    nag kaon ko oatmeal karon and everyday pag mata nako..everyday i do this to cleanse my stomach ug detoxify...oatmeal is not pampa tambok not unless you put sugar or any other flavoring like milo or milk..syempre youll get fat...what i do kung luod na kay kada adlaw mn ko mu kaon i put some peaches nga naa sa can or lychee or fresh fruit like apple...yummy...tapos i drink lukwarm water....take the advice kase ull get slim in no time..
    kung for snacks coz gutom eat oatmeal....without anything pirme ha..just plain natural oatmeal..
