    Default what's your daily health regimen


    every day (day naman ko mo sleep) before sleeping, I take vit E, and take stress tabs after my first meal..sakto ba ni? unsa man inyo

    i sleep at least minimum of 8 hrs.lol.if i couldnt i try to make it up with the lost hours.eat heaps of fruits and drink lots of water as well. keep those funny friends all together for fun.anti wrinkles.lol.hehehe.facial mask once a week and excercise every now and then but not the gym excercise...preferably beach sports.
