The felt looks a little faded but it hasn't been flipped over yet so once it's flipped over it will look brand new again!!!

sorry, i'm posting for my brother-in-law, his last price is 10k. that's already pretty cheap. i think that's a very fair price. you can try to call him and ask him but i think he put 15k into it so he wants to get 10k for it.
