the Direction/Function Pad (right and down buttons) of my Zen stone Plus is not functioning now.
1 month pa lang ni since pagpalit nako.
what can you advice?
anyone encountered the same issue ?

I suggest go to the store where you bought your device..
I'm sure it's still under its warranty..
