Street Kids ages 10-16 sniffing rugby

I always saw this group of young kids, sniffing rugby or some stuff, sometimes in broad daylight, or late in the evening, in Mango Ave, in the corners of Robinsons Mall, and they were high.

I told myself, where are the DSWD or Police who can detain them,and make them straight while their still young? These are the future criminals and prostitutes here in Cebu, why can't the government do something?

These kids even chase running jeeps, or they use tiny woodboards as skates while tagging along the Jeep, OMG, it's insane, i was actually nervous for them, and they smell so OHHHHLALALALA!

HELLO DSWD! where are you? HELLO police officers! And the funny thing is, i saw a Citom with a radio near the kids, and ask him if he could radio his police friends just to make this kids go home, the Citom only told me, "DILI MANA SILA DAKPON SA POLIS DONG", toink!

Maluoy ka ani nila gyud mga bataa. I can think of too many reasons why na ingon sila. One is Irresponsible Parenting, Second probably is Poverty.

i saw them too. they'll ask for money from people. one time i gave them food. no thank you. gi saklaw lang ang pagkaon. pero i cant blame them. ila parents dapat iblame.

para nako, because of this law, musamot kadaghan ang juvenile delinquents sa atong kadalanan, apil na nang mga rugby sniffers ug snatchers. i just hope DSWD & other concerned government agencies can cope up.

6 months ago, nangaun mi sa akong hubby diha sa chowking fuente mga 3am. natingala mi nganung nagkagubot sa may Rose Pharmacy. pag gawas namo naay 7-8 years old nga batang babayi ga hilak kay gi kuha ug passerby ang iyang igsuon nga 1 month old nga iyang gi bilin sa sidewalk unya gi putos ra ug cloth nga itom. naluoy man tung passerby sa baby nga naa ra sidewalk gi butang murag iro nga way tag-iya. busy man tung batang babayi sigeg pangayo ug kwarta didto sa gawas sa mcdo. tawag sila ug pulis kay para ipatawag tung parents nila. a few minutes after, naa nasad lain nag wild nga lalaki mga 13-15 years old to sya, it turned out nga igsuon diay sila adtong baby and katong bata nga girl. iya lagi bawi-on tung baby nga gi kuha unya di man jud ihatag adtong babayi nga nakapunit unless naa na ang ginikanan nila ug ang pulis. naabot ang pulis taod taod. ang sulti sa mga tindera ug fruits diha sa may rose pharmacy, everyday naa jud daw nang mga bataa diha ang dala dala nila kana ilang manghud nga bag-o ra gi anak. gamiton nila para manglimos and the worst part, gi sugo sa ilang mama ug papa nga mga adik. tsk tsk tsk! ni duol jud mi sa akong husband sa baby and ako jud gi gunitan iyang hand, ni grasp jud ang baby as if murag nag ingun bah nga i need a mother ( and i was 7 mos pregnant that time) gi gunitan jud sa baby sa akong finger pag ayo. bahalag daghan tawo, nakahilak jud ko! i have kids and we all know that kids depend on their parents sa tanan samot na babies. wa ko kasabot nganung ilahang anak ang ilang pa trabahuon while sila nag hayang hayang sa ilaha nag huwat sa limos unya maayo unta ug ipalit pagkaun, isuyop pa gyud. grabe ka salbahis! naka ingun akong husband nga ug makaya pa lang namo nga naay extra pajud nga bata, sus dalhun gyud tu namo dayun. gidala sa fuente police station tung mga bata, kuyog sad to ang nakapunit sa baby then gipatawag ang parents sa mga bata. i don't know if unsa na ang outcome ato.


sige daw na sila diha badlungun sa pulis, so mamauli, nig wala nay pulis, balik nasad sila diha sa fuente. unsa kaha ang pwedeng mabuhat para aning mga bataa? murag di naman na sila angay nga papaulion sa ilahang ginikanan nga mao ra ang nagdala ug kadaut sa ilang lives.

hybrid na kinahanglan ana! hahahahaha di na musukol ang atong govt ana kay addtl sweldohanan nasad. unlike sa iro nga pagkaun ra ang puhunan, ug mu hire ka ug tawo, naa man jud life and health insurance, naa pay SSS, philhealth etc etc...di ba? ang ilang igasto sa mga bata, himoon nalang ug pocket money nila. pang shopping, travel etc etc
