just need to ask everybodys opinion....why is does the ddr memory module still expensive and has not significantly dropped price on the market...i dont think its coz of the demand when they are already phasing it out

yes its true...if asa to memory nga obsolete na mahal na ug imo paliton..b4 nga kana pa cla ang latest sa market barato man sad na then kay napangtaon naman mao mahal...bali man gud ning computer ug sa cellphone bro.
sa karon mga latest ddr2's memory barato pa sad na sa pagkakaron,moabot ra sad ang panahon nga momahal na sad nag balik kay gacge ug upgrade ang mga manufacturer ani....kung asa to ang latest maoy barato,asa tong pangitaon na maoy mahal,,,kung nag use kag old pc that uses old mems pa sad,aw risgo jud ka to buy mem nga support sa imo pc or else palit nalang ka sa latest rig na pd.hehehe

simple... law of supply and demand... less ang supply, high ang demand, basically taas ang price... taas ang supply, taas sa ang demand, fair ang price... g...

ddr2 memory modules are now dropping prices (pqi 2gb ddr2800 - php 1k plus) bec. of the upcoming ddr3 which will be required for the new intel chipset x58 or purely just a motherboard that supports ddr3 Mmodules. although today here in our market ddr2 800 is still the highest mhz being sold here in CC. ddr2 has also a speed of 1066 and 1200mhzs which are not yet being sold here. the higher mhz the higher the price depending on the brand like corsair and etc.

maybe what you mean is ang ddr1, ddr2, and ddr3... ddr1 is karaan so barato... ddr3 is the new one, ma0 nang mahal... before ang 256 ddr is 2k... krn ang 1g ky i think 2k ghapon... gamay rag na usab sa price but nidako ang capacity... ma0 sguro na imng pasabot...
