I've done some searching through the other threads about this concern and find myself with various options. Ang ako lang is that I only have to network two pc's at home, meaning magshare clag internet and pwede ra ka internet ang isa ka pc bsag off ang isa, and naglibog ko whether to use a hub, switch, router. Asa man mas maau nila and barato ra? And kana unta di kaau kuti sa mga settings bah. I just need the internet connection to be shared. thanks daan.

get a router either wireless or wired depends on your set-up
MODEM (ISP) ---> ROUTER (4 PORTS SWITCH) ---> PC WORKSTATION

get a ethernet switch if your ISP has given you modem/router
MODEM/ROUTER (ISP)---> SWITCH ---> PC WORKSTATION

Router nlng gamita. I was gonna suggest unta ug peer-to-peer using ICS, but kung off ang nag.dala sa internet, dili man maka.access ang usa. So much better kung mag ROUTER ka instead of using HUB.

pwede man switch as ong as naay router ang modem na ihatag sa ISP.

thanks for all your replies. my isp is globe broadband. they gave me the prolink adsl2+ modem router, pwede ra ni switch ani? then ipangplug ra ang mga cables then ok na na xa? sorry nubes paman gud.
