Virtual Software Company, a J2EE software development company based in Clarkfield Pampanga (away from all the traffic and hassles in Makati), is looking for experienced (male/female) J2EE developers:
1. Senior Level Developers - with at least 5 years experience in J2EE
2. Mid-senior Level Developers - with at least 3 years experience in J2EE
3. Junior Level Developers - with at least 2 years experience in J2EE
4. JUnit Testers (QA) - with at least 2 years experience in QA and automation testing

Those interested should have strong demonstrable experience in:
1. J2EE environment (Servlets, JSP, etc...)
2. Spring MVC & ORM
3. Struts 1 or 2
4. Hibernate and/or JPA
5. Eclipse
6. JUnit
7. MySQL and PostgreSQL
8. Ant
9. Maven (for Mid-senior level)
10. AJAX (Prototype and/or DWR)
11. SVN
12. Mac OS X (Leopard) and Ubuntu Linux
13. HTML and CSS
14. XML
15. Web Service

Must be:
1. Willing to relocate
2. Team player
3. Willing to work long hours if necessary
4. Trainable

Not necessary but a plus:
1. Certifications
2. Passport
3. Fluent in english

Salary range depending on experience (negotiable):
1. Senior level = 40k above
2. Mid-senior level = 30k above
3. Junior and QA = 20k above

First of all it's not 'Manila-based'. It's in Pampanga Clark. Compared to Manila, the cost of living here is much much lower.

about the same. even cheaper. coz ang apartment nga 10-13k dha sa cebu worth 6-7k ra dri. dili pa crowded gud diri. hayahay and dili abug. hehe...
