Bluetooth from cell phone to notebook

I've searched the forum regarding issues with bluetooth connections between a cellphone and laptop but I couldn't find what I'm looking for. Does anyone know how to connect a cellphone to a laptop?

I have an ASUS A8Sc and Nokia 5310.
I can send files from the ASUS to Nokia. They are paired just fine but when I try to send a file from the phone to the Notebook, Nokia cannot find the device..
Help anyone?

naa na sa bluetooth software sa imo laptop, dapat iready nimo daan for receiving file ang laptop kay dili man na siya automatic pareha anang sa cellphone nga iturn on or off ra nimo ang bluetooth.. sa laptop, once nakareceive na siya sa mga files mo-off ra sad na iyahang bluetooth.. kung mag send ka sa files gikan sa imo laptop, mo-on na ang iya bluetooth pero mo-off ra sad ig ka human..
