    Default Gym Advice for Women


    Hi everyone!! Im going to start going to the gym kay ganahan na intawn ko modaut oi.. Im 4'11 and 130lbs ko.. Overweight na jud.. Any advice para ma super effective akong pag adto sa gym?

    Help me please!!

    And kinsa man to mga girls diri na nag gym, can you show me ur b4 and after pic?
    And how long na mo nag gym?

    Pag avail sa service sa personal trainer, para naay personal fitness program ma design for you, based on your body type, and the areas where you most want to lost the excess baggage. Bring bottled water para ma hydrate, power bar para kung manghina na gani ka, snack snack ginagmay. Bring a towel pud, and wipe down the equipment after you use it. Bring an iPod, mp3 or a walkman (naa pa ba ni?) para dili ka ma bored while exercising. Enjoy!

    so have you started going to the gym? unsa may program gihatag sa imoha? going to the gym is one thing, proper nutrition is another. di pwede mag gym raka then kaon pud kag maayo. unsa may update sa imong workout para ma assess imong needs.

    yes nag start na ko ug gym last week..
    wa jud ko tagai ug specific prog coz wa man ko nikuha ug trainor..
    gitudloan ra ko unsaon pag gamit sa mga machines nila..

    so last week akong gibuhat is

    threamill 25mins

    abs:
    3sets 12 reps
    machine crunch
    knee raise
    lying crunch

    nya balik nasad ko threadmill for 15mins

    kana ra cya..

    just do some cardio exercise.. n bahin sa diet ma search rana sa net..

    jogging ray katapat ana.. more cardio... go go go.. 1hr per day jud...
    straighta og 1 month u see the differnce
