I am a Marshall user. I love the sound of it and I think to a lot of us; PRO's and newbies alike,
have a penchant for the right tone we need to record, play or set.
I am certain that this thread will sparkle insights, learning, tips and techniques on how to use "our" *Marshall to the fullest. Let this be an encouragement to those veteran users to start threading.

Its easy to tweak metal settings in the overdrive channel, but try dialing it the cleanest drive.
If you are a Marshall user, i bet you can and you will.

Metal Clean:
Gain: 3
Treble:10
Mids: 0
Bass: 10
Reverb: 3
Main Volume:
6db for live stage with Sennheiser mic thru P.A.
5.5 db for halls with acoustical ceiling
3.5 db for room with tiles
