my advice lng:
just watch american movies...listen to how they speak and pronounce their words..
and minimize or stop watching local shows ^___^

bitaw...TRUE when you apply to any call center and you'll make it, they will definitely train you...communications training to be exact, comprehensive com training enhances your communication skills...
