dis past few months i lost 4 lbs from 120 to 116... den i want to gain back to 120 or to gain more than 120, my target is 125 perhaps... dali ko pa daoton pero dugay ko pa dak on...

i am so busy ryt now, i can't hav a good breakfast but most of the tym i can't eat my breakfast...
den sometimes i can't eat my lunch on tym... but my dinner is on tym den sa dinner na lng nako bawi on ang ako kan on... my sleeping pattern, i only sleep 5-6 hrs a day except sunday...
naa pa kaha koy chance mo gain ug wieght? medium built ko...
