kinsa ninyo naay genuine cod4 dayon pldt ang ISP? kay murag gisapot jud ko sa globe. di ko kaport forward tungod sa proxy dayon ang ping pwerteng taasa. ganahan unta ko mutransfer pero i need your insights first.

globe has nothing to do with it. it is because pldt is not peering with local ISP's. any ISP other than Smart or PLDT will have higher pings on their servers.
if you have any other questions re COD4 or any game for that matter.. like vern said.. you can check out bfwgaming.
(yes PLDT actually has local peering but are selling the service as premium bandwidth under the I-Gate brand which will cost you tens of thousands)
