    update:

    Phenom II 920 and 940, 2.8Ghz and 3.0Ghz

    Opteron 'Shanghai' 45nm are already in the channel ....

    Newegg.com - Shanghai, Processors - Servers, CPUs / Processors, Computer Hardware

    There are already E.Samples of Phenom 2 ... very promising in terms power consumption and clock scaling...
