anyone who can jailbreak my ipod touch

i have a jailbroken ipod touch 1.1.4 but i plan to update it to 2.1 for better apps..

now i did my homework and read all around the internet.. i tried quickpwn already but somehow i STILL get several errors. i downloaded .net framework and installed too. i have the 2.1 IPSW for ipod touch and iphone but i still get an error 1204. i have been to many websites and already viewed youtube videos but an unsuccessful result.

i revived it back and jailbreak it to 1.1.4 5x already tonight..

and now i believe at this point, i need help..

anyone who know how to do this?

at the LEAST possible cost? i mean.. come on. you dont spend anything here. its more of a "talent fee". so pls.. no HIGH offers.. i offer 300 to anyone who can do this.. willing to pay extra if he/she can pimp up my ipod touch such as games, apps, tips, tricks, etc..

my ipod touch is 1st GENERATION by the way...
