It depends on the kind of vitamins you take. Just because they're vitamins and freely available OTC does not mean they are completely safe. The best thing to do is follow the recommended daily allowance, makita man na na label sa bottle. Although sometimes you need more (or less) of certain vitamins if you're concurrently using certain medications, following the RDA is a safe bet. But again, this depends if you're a healthy adult, and not taking/using any other medication or herbal supplement.

I take 5 kinds every day, 7 if you count the ones in the form of tea and shake... so far, so good...
if you just eat a balanced diet, you may forego with taking the vitamins...
