Asian Spirit is now Zest Air

Alfredo M. Yao, the owner of Zest-O. Corp. (yes, the juice company) has bought Asian Spirit. He now changed the Name into Zest Air. Under his ownership, the airline bought some additional airplanes:

Five MA-60 (two of them have already arrived in the Philippines)
Two Airbus A 320, which are scheduled to arrive in November/December. They have been bought/leased from a US airline (Jetblue) and are less than five years old (which is really new for a Philippine aircraft).

Further, two Airbus A330 are ordered and scheduled for delivery in the middle of 2009.

this is really something travelers should smile about.. some new & bigger aircrafts.. hope they'll provide flights on cities & towns that Cebu Pacific & PAL don't have.
