Help : Regarding oollege assurance Plan (CAP) accounts.

I just want to have an idea on what to do with our CAP accounts.

We already heared the rumors on CAP and we have an existing account on it. Last year we stop paying the accounts and were trying to withdraw the money.

Can anybody here knows how to withdraw the money. Were paying the account for 3years now.

Your help on this matter is greatly appreciated.
