I'm looking for a room with own toilet and bathroom, kitchen isn't necessary. Location must be within Capitol area, Lahug, Banilad, Talamban or nearby places (no Labangon, Minglanilla, etc.). Electricity and water submetered is okay. Must be good for two persons.

Budget: Maximum of P3,500.00 only (or if higher, must justify the price)
