AFAIK Bayantel is not offering any landline/phoneline services here. Only corporate internet connections.

Just as I thought. I know Bayantel is really the pitts here in Cebu. It's practically a nonsensical existence. Their corporate internet service cannot and WILL NOT guarantee a CIR. It's ludicrous.
