by the way, like i said, we got the printer july this year, but it has NEVER BEEN USED, and the box was only opened to check and take pictures of the contents. the intact paper thingy that's supposed to be removed before it can be used is still there, so this is indeed brand new and NEVER USED. (not shouting, just emphasizing.) thank you!
