Anybody has some free code snippets to give up for a programmer website at codersweb.com? ANY code snippets will do, as long they are in delphi, c/c++, vb or assembler.

Video tutorials are quiet nice, but they wont help much. You can not learn by watching or by reading books. Learning programming means "learning by doing".
