hello...lately i have been making italian dishes...most mga recipe sa akong mother-in-law (my husband's grandparents are from naples,italy) ang uban sad from italian cookbooks...
nahan ko mga antipasti...and now i am learning some pizza sad...let us share sa atong mga italian recipes here excluding pasta lang kay there is a specific thread for that already...
for dinner i made penne rigate with red sauce ...and ang antipasti namo was stuffed roasted pepper...my husband said it was good so share lang ko ...kay sayon ra man kaayo...
first slice the red pepper in half (lengthwise)....drizzle with olive oil and crushed garlic...season with salt and pepper..then bake at 350F approx 40 minutes...after that igawas sa oven...butangan slices of scallops sa tunga...a little pesto sauce then balik sa oven for additional 10 minutes...top with parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil leaves....mas nindot ni if served with good bread kay ang drippings (garlicky oil) lami ayo tusloban ug pan oi
