check the 7th and 8th number...in this case its "01"

If da 7th and 8th digits are 02 or 20 its from china= low quality

08 or 80 german= fair

01 or 10 finland= very good

00 original= best quality

13 azerbaijan= it is in the unlucky number for a reason...very bad quality w/c is said to be bad for your health

if 01 and 10 are made in finland, then where are the original (00) ones from? since Nokia is in Finland wouldn't it be considered that original ones are the ones made in finland?

anyway, in my opinion, i don't believe the IMEI has anything to do with phone quality..

based on my flashing experience katong mga old flash nako for 3310/3315 i can change the IMEI man toinks hehehehe.
