freshair damage...i need help

i went to freshair this monday to have my already straight hair straighten coz i was told it would make hair look nice. BUT INSTEAD nanaghan ako patay buhok near the nape. what am i gonna do with this?

go back to where you had your hair done and give them hell, let them fix their mistake.

dont like their service...daghan ko nadunggan na palpak. basta hair gane i go straight to alex of maanyag or expose para way labad.

so what do you suggest na remedy for this? i defenitely can't have another hair treatment... samot kamatay ako buhok...

go back to them, as wat slakker said, give them hell! sus mam, basta buhok na gane ayw jd sugot na dli nila retokehon. nag yaya lng cla..

kung nangamatay gani imong hair im not sure if they can fix that like bringing it back to its pre-straightening condition. kung ilang usbon ug straight imong buhok mo samot nag ka damage! akong advice nimo invest on a good hair treatment.

go back gyud but ayaw kasugot ug another staightening session mosamot gyud na ug ka brittle kun imo paagi-an nasad ug medicine nila. i sug kaayo ila medicine.. ask for a free treatment, ingna ila gipatay imo buhok!

went there already... they just put some hot oil treatment stuff to the damaged area... that's it. we'll see if ma au if not mag pa upaw nalang ko
