I have created this thread to know what others think about the BDO Call Center.
I personally have experience their incompetence and inefficiency. I am very
disatisfied about their services. I had a BDO Credit Card and whenever I want
an update of my balance, since the billing comes very late, I have to go to
a BDO branch to call because my telephone is Globe and I cannot contact their
1800 number in Globe. I have to find a PLDT line to call them or ask them
something. It takes a lot of my time just to call them and all the rings and
buttons pressed just to talk to a customer representative. I have also tried the
email facility of the Call center, and I think the service is worst.
I'd like you to comment and fill up the poll so that BDO executive officers might
take notice and do something about it.
