    Default HELP? Naay right para mag reklamo?


    if a well-known facial center messed up it's services.. does the customer have the right to get angry or demand a fine or something?

    let's say if i got a facial service.. for some reason.. na samad ang skin nako.. as in part of the skin got torn off.. who do i go for to complain? what right do i have as a customer? and pwede ra ba na the day after na mg reklamo?

    pwede gud! nganu gud dili..adto ka sa hari-hari nila ngadto mureklamo..y man ala ka nireklamo dayon sis?

    after na ng facial nako na notice.. nganu hapdos mn lagi.. hehe..

    i'm having second thoughts coz regular customer ko sa ilaha.. but 1st time na really disappointed ko..

    ms. basn reaction ra na sa imo skin sa chemicals nga gi apply sa imo face... just tell them about it... kay basn naa sila ma hatag nga remedy para di ma worst... if dili sila mo tuo pa check up sa lain den kung nay sayop pwedi jd na imo makasohan..

    as what i've said basin allergy ka sa mga chemicals nga ila gi apply sa imo face... so mag lisod ka mo kaso kay maka ingon man sila nga allergy ka sa ila product mao nang ning hapdos imo face... dnha naka maka kaso if ideny ka nila.. like mo claim ka nga nag allergy reaction ka den mo ingon ra sila nga wala ra na den wa sila'y remedies nga ihatag, den ning worst. pwedi na nmo makasuhan ug negligence...

    yes u have the ryt to tell dem about there services kung bati ba or naa kay wa na uyonan... go 1st sa ila manager... den if wa jd sila'y buhaton to give u remedies with the pain, pa medico legal; pa check up para magamit nmo as a evidences den pa blotter (vice versa)... much better kung mo reclamo ka bag ohay pa na hitabo para naa jd kay strong evidence...

    ^^ tnx for the suggestions..

    what really happened was that the attendant was in a hurry (i dunno why) to peel off the mask.. and when she pulled it off part of my skin got torn off.. it's not so serious.. but still, you pay good money for it..

    anyway, i went there yesterday.. at 1st they were a bit hesitant.. (asking for receipt.. what time did i go there.. am i sure if i got my wound there. etc).. but then eventually, maybe they got tired of my ranting.. hehe.. their derma gave me free medication.. c",)

    yup, you can ask them for damages, or ipa ayo na sila pa gastoshon, asa na nga derma?
