You can search at www.cebumusicfactory.com, the site is a revival of the local ground scene before in cebu.this will provide you some stories on how the cebu local bands before and how it started...like Johnny Kawa's former Y101 supports the bands and the rest was history....you can also email the author for mroe information...this should give you a start for your blog....
