I'm the lead vocalist for a local band in the Los Angeles area called Rising Phoenix. We're a hard rock band with metal and punk influences.

I pride myself in being the only Filipino frontman for a rock group in my area. Our fanbase is mostly hispanic, and I would love the Filipino community to support us.

There are no recordings there yet. We haven't had the time since we've been practicing for our next gig in the end of April, but there are some images of our last show.

Hell yes I'll make you guys proud! We know how to put up one Hell of a live show. Once my guitarist went into a solo and I climbed down from stage to headbang with the crowd. I also started the mosh pit. Which I barely climbed out of to sing the next song.

It's time to show that us Filipinos can rock as hard or harder than anybody else. \m/

And that was our first song on the set. We rocked that gig.

We live in Glendale, California, which is literally 5 minutes walking to Los Angeles. We operate there, but we do shows all over the place.
