Kapila ka mo kaon kada adlaw? pila ka plato na rice imong mahurot?
i eat 6 full meals a day. oops, wait, dont react, im serious. why?
ok, here's the breakdown
1st meal 9am- 1 cup of oatmeal, with milk and milo <--- my favrite
2nd meal 12nn- chicken breast / beef , 1 - 2 cups of rice (wala ko ga diet),
3rd meal 3pm- chicken teriyaki, 1 rice, chuckie (dont know why i always eat this every 3pm)
4th meal 6pm-chiken, banana, 1 cup of rice + pre work-out meal - proteinshake
post-workout meal - pasta and orange juice
5th meal 930pm - chicken nasad ug 1 rice, pineapple juice
6th meal 12midnight - oatmeal with milk, milo, and natural honey.
grabeha.. tubu-an nya ka ug pakpak bai. hehe!
3 meals rko usually.

wow!bulgaray pud ang show ani woi.saonz.ako pud...usually 6x a day sad ko mukaon,heaps of rice and meat.ang rice buhaton ug snack.lol!but im not bulimic ha?saonz.basta ganahan lang ko mukaon.i weigh 40kls...as in daghan jud mashock and wa mag expect nga dako ko ug kaon kay niwang man ko.di pud as in niwang au ha?average lang gud.hehehe
