Mga peeps kisa ninyo dira naka soheto ug mga Gaming LCD, im in the market of buying one and the Viewsonic VX922 cought my attention when i scouring the market for one, and the price for that monitor is pretty decent. alto its not very good in DVD movies pero im more after the gaming image quality its also a 2ms (GTG) response.If anyone has a better product to recommend feel free to do so, im after atleast a 19" response time is really no biggy im more after the image quality

wat size are u trying to get?

8ms response time will do if ur goin' for gaming purpose,..... u can go below 8ms but i dont think 6ms or 4ms LCD monitors u'll see a BIG difference (u might be able to see the difference between 8ms and 4ms monitor but ur gonna have to pay close attention to the screen,..... and when gaming time comes,.... i dont think our eyes can move that fast to see the difference,...)

Dell's been coming up on gaming computers,....... there was this computer magazine i bouth a few months ago,...... and on the bottom front page its said "THE FASTEST GAMING LAPTOP IS A DELL? WTF!!!"

that im not sure,..... but if not,... there has 2 be a store that can order it for u,.....

thats i did if they dint have wat i want'd,...... i'd ask them if they can order it,..... in most cases they can but it will just take a few days or a week,... (this is when i was in cebu)

Theres a whole new world of difference from 8ms to 6ms to 2ms,Im not really after the response time im more after the image quality it provides me for gaming.Currenty the fastest LCD pannel is limited to 12ms , AU Optronics is one of the two largest LCD manufacturers in the world they can only make and LCD with 12ms response time other LCD manufacturers like sony,samsung and ect use a technique called Feed Forwarding Driving its like overclocking your monitor. il try to check if that dell is avalable locally and if it will fit on the buget

sold my 2005fpw and bought me a 2007wfp man this monitor rocks been playing CoD2, Oblivion, the godfather and lotrbome2 no ghosting at all and its 16ms response time and in terms of IQ this bad boy'll wipe those 2ms panels to the floor hehehehe

Thats a very nice widescreen LDC but its way out of a buget for a student like me, anyway response time is not directly related IQ. ive seen how those pannels live and i must say they are pretty good but not much of a difference from the VX922 execpt for the fact that its 16:9 , theres a noticable IQ gap but not very far IMHO

yeah there'z LCD monitors dat are good for gaming but it sucks on text,...... and visversa,.....

so if ur in the market for LCD monitors,... i suggest testing it first,.....

but'v seen wat DELL UltraSharp 1907FP 19" is capable of,..... and its pretty tight,.... so datz why i Â*recommend it,...

im yet to see the Dell ultra sharp in action, the VX922 ive seen and tested it in live action for abour 30mins its text is crisp enough for me
