o labi na ang PNB kay kasagaran sa parente nako or mga kaila nga tua sa gawas then magpadala ug kwarta thru bank to bank transaction PNB man ila sulti.

kung gusto ka, since international imo gipangita, why not ask your colleague or somebody nga tua sa gawas (i assume naay gusto makig bank to bank nimo) kun unsa bangkoha ang pinakaduol sa iyaha didto para dili siya maglisod pangita. then mao na ang kuhai ug base in choosing.

wala kaayo ko kasuheto but i think bank to bank transaction pwede man tingali bisan lain lain nga bank.
there might be pros and cons, as i have said before mas makatubag nimo ang taga banko.

since before Im BPI depositor its stable BPI family sa Mandaue nako account dha let me know lang nya if ever, try also BDO they are stable dghn au ug branch hehe

Metrobank and PNB...naa ni sila mga branches in some other countries. Pero it doesn't matter man bro kon naa o walay branch overseas imo branch then naa kay mga international transaction....as to opening an account go to the bank and look for the account opening section .... that simple, prepare lang ka mga id's nga valid and some cash
