why do I get the feeling that this is gonna be a boring fight... A fight that includes B-Hop these days seems to be boring IMHO... anyway I'd go for Kelly... time for the new generation to rise... hehe

Bernard Hopkins will have to bring his A game inorder to go the distance in this fight. Kelly Pavlik is coming to this fight with every intention on decapitating Bernard's head.

1. if Pavlik throws bombs on bernard right from the first round, this will force Bernard to switch on defensive mode and try to smother Kelly's offense with so much clinching, holding, and wrestling. still Kelly will win based on punch volume alone.

Loser : Bernard (UD) and the Boxing Fans cause this will be a boring match.

2. if Pavlik comes in cautious and pot-shot Bernard on the first few rounds, this will give Bernard enough breathing space and confidence to maybe stand toe to toe with Kelly... Big Mistake... Bernard will find himself in the canvas staring at the lights wondering whats next for his boxing career.

Loser : Bernard (KTFO) Boxing Fans will see another fine fight with enough leather thrown from both fighters.

I like Kelly Pavlik a lot, and I was so thankful he destroyed the overrated Jermain Taylor. But he's fighting Hopkins, and as boring and old as he is, I'm still not counting him out. He's a throwback, old school fighter, just like James Toney. They're the kind of fighters I will never count out in any fight..
