is it true that souls can help us if we ask and pray for them?

i dunno.. physically i think not. because they already lost the physical aspect of their body. if its true that souls exist, i think that they are in a form of energy. that is why we can "feel" their presence. help cguro in a way that they give signs like uncomfortable feeling before danger happens and important stuffs that you forgot.

only thing i can say, better pray to God kay sigurado pa.
God is a supernatural being so naa siya'y ability to handle millions of prayers.
