23k budget for System Tower

Guys, I have plans to buy a system tower or cpu for gaming.. my budget is just around 23k. akong gi fix na speces are below, but if someone can give me better hardware for the same budget pm me... remember plan pa ni xa.. still tentative..

Athlon X2 5200 (2.6ghz, 2mb L2 cache)
2 gb Corsair / Kingston RAM - 800 MHZ
Emaxx 690HD Motherboard
320GB SATA Seagate Hard Disk Drive
Nvidia 9600 GSO 768MB 192bit video card
ATX Casing with 620watt power supply.
LG DVD-RW with Lightscribe - SATA
Logitech Keyboard, A4tech percision mouse (kanang a lil bit sensitive, for gaming bya)

PS: all these a lil bit below 23k.. mga 21k ni xa tanan. hope u guys can give me feedback

ai, nalimtan.. ang PSU ani kay Imaster ang brand... that PSU u can find in PC express

i prefer emaxx 780g than 690..then buy branded PSU,bug-at imo system..

mahal man au ang branded na PSU ui, 4k man tingali ang 450 watts or 500 watts. maka effect jud ang PSU sa stability?

i thought man jud ang AMD 780 na chipset ok lang na xa kung mo gamit ka sa hybrid crossfire but kung dili, walay difference.... sakto ba? 1k man jud ang difference sa 690 vs. 780.

the PSU im looking at... is the 500W HEC Raptor-R500 V. 2.2 with 120mm Fan - P 2,300. Based on Rsun.com.ph.... ok kaha ni xa na power supply?

suggest lang ko bro ha. maypa mag intel lang ka bro bisan kana lang pentium dual core kay naa koy na realize about sa amd. personally, i find nga interms sa performance/price ratio, mas bintaha gyud ang amd. in my experience, mas nindot ang performance ang 10k worth nga amdx2 pc, kaysa intel pentium dual core nga 10k ang price. pero naa koy na realize bag ohay lang about amd. sige sila og ilis og socket para sa ilang mga processors unlike intel nga ni pilit sa lga775. karon ra ko naka realize ang disadvantage sa amd after nagka problema ang mobo sa akong athlon 3500 socket 939. wala nay baligya nga socket 939 mobo karon or if naa man, 2nd hand or taas kaayo ang price if brandnew. if nag intel pa ko, pwedi ra nako ilisan ang mobo og brand new kay mostly backward compatible man ang mga mobo sa intel. suggestion ra ni ha

HEC lang bro, ayaw na ang imaster kay dili na true rated. Kanang tag 2k more or less na price naa sa PCquickbuys sm.

naa lng pd ko comment sa imu specs, ang chipset sa imu mobo is amd then ang imu video card is nvidia better get ati video card also kay basin magka conflict na imu hardware and software... comment and suggestion lng na ha..

psu should be prioritized above all. it is the heart of a computer hardware set. its the one flowing the blood to the hardware to make them running well.
