To all Pitbulleros!

Could anybody here address my inquiries regarding a pitbull coz i'm planning to buy one in the near future?

1. What's the difference between a gamebred and showtype?
2. Correct me if i'm wrong but as what i've heard, the one with papers are American StaffordshireTerrier. Does it mean that APBT's here have no papers or can never be registered with PCCI?
3. Where can i find APBT's with good lineage?
4. What bloodlines could you recommend?
