    Default Lose weight na way gasto


    Mga bro and sis! just would like to share to you it might be a big help cos it works for me
    I was 130 pounds and 1month lang believe me im 100 pounds!!!! PICTURE TO BE FOLLOWED! ako goal kay 90pounds ra.


    1st----have an OATMEAL for breakfast butangi lang gamay gatas ug little sugar

    2------ in between pag ur in your pc or anything you do HAVE SOME TEA ( Jasmine,mint any kind ayaw lang jud nang LIPTON Kay black tea mana the best kay TWININGS 100 PLUS NA BUT WORTH IT! avoid lang mga chinese brand kay wa ta kaila bahalag magkaihi ihi kay antioxidants mana di lang usa pag hurot na i refill (

    3------pagsayaw sayaw gamay kung naay household chores

    4------Sa mga naay baby gakugos himua dumbell imo baby mas maayo bug-at paningtun mo ana ayaw uyuga kay delekado na ( bonding pamo)

    5------Drink plenty of fluids but not cold gawas sa tea kay pang anytime man tu sa imong lamesa

    6------ kanta2x a happy mind makes healthy body

    7------Kaon lang lunch time i minimize ang rice avoid tambok na part ug chicken gani ayaw kan-a ang panit

    8------tea lang gihapon after ug mag cravings gani kaon oatmeat gamay trust me di na siya maka crave after bisan gamay busog

    9------always have your dinner not too late less lang intake ug rice then ayaw tulog dayon.

    10-----Have time with the LORD before you sleep patunaw sa mga gikaon ug Thank HIM for the happy day!

    yes its healthy as long as u exercise and eat propoer food... we have different body type its so happen mas paspas burn calories akoa.. try lang way mawala ani open for comments...

    in farines sa mga namaligya ug diet pills and meds it works but also with a health program well well did i mention mga babies there yes i did!!! forgot to mention i just gave birth and she's 7months old now i was 130lbs normally.. the body weights 10-15 its hard to go back from the start but now im 100lbs so wat can u say?? holiday?? its true bro/sis =)

    yes you gain x2 its true basta di mag watch sa imo diet ug mag exercise. Unhealthy is the people who smoke cigarrete (pasintabi no offence) Drugs, drink too much alcohol,eat too much, lack of sleep and too much ***

    wow! this is unbelievable! yeah, basin pas2x lang gyud ka mo burn og calories. me, im in my 2nd week of loosing weight pa. i eat 5-6 times a day with cardio exercise. hapit na gani ko mo give up hehehe. i hope you can post before & after pics

    for now.. mas mo believe ko ug 10lbs in one month kai sa 30lbs.. please prove me wrong...
