I am a WAMU bank account holder. Eversince I got here in US, this has been my one and only bank and til now I still cant believe one of the biggest bank in US would fail. So before the declaration of bankcruptcy happens, even though they say its not happening anytime soon, i must play safe and move my pennies to my new love bank, Bank of America.

I think his refering to callcenter agents in the Phils. and handling customers with accounts from WAMU. And I welcome you to Bank of America...my beloved company and bank as well.

Its business as usual since bank was acquired by JP Morgan. Nevertheless do expect some changes in the coming months. I do think JP Morgan have some sort of call center facility in Manila.

really? kala-in...acct-based d-i ang tenure chuva sa eperf? tsk tsk abi man nko company mismo coz uve been hired by that company gud...how sad mao lagi ni...dli stable and cc. if wla ang acct, saag dayon ka.

lagi faet kau kay naa lagi lain nga account nga pwede ka nila i transfer pero imo tenure kay back to zero sad. i dunno kaha sa ps kay naa baya sila wamu diha nga account

sa PS dli man coterminus sa account imo employment (employed ka sa company not sa client)... so just incase ma pullout i balhin ka lain nga account... dli ka ma balik sa zero... so kng tenured na nga agents nothing to worry...
