Setup:

Compaq Presario 1200
Windows Me
128 MB RAM
No Battery using a/c

This laptop is an office laptop. Can anyone help us troubleshoot it?
It keeps beeping (2 short beeps) from time to time.
We have already turned off the alarm for the battery since it is running on a/c.
Used selective startup to disable unwanted software from running.
