    Post Gym: TONING for girls


    First time nako mag gym kay ganahan jud ko. I do aerobics and equipments. Im 47kilos mga 5'2 ang height. toning daw ako program unsay dapat buhaton para mod ako dako sad ako lawas nya mo shape sad feeling nko puro naman gud ko bukog. Walay nay mahimong muscles hehehe

    concentrate on nutrition also maam. ang workOut dili man ka mudako by that alone, stimulate lang niya na imo muscle, if after stimulation dili nimo iFeed samot ka kuyaig ana.

    @luniag: sample sa imo pasabot na wala na ma himo ug muscles..

    do compound exercises first... bench press, squat, deadlift, military press and rows.. then do accessory/isolation exercises.. ayg kabalaka,di lagi ka ma maskulado doing those exercises... but you'll come out toned... also eat 5-6 small meals a day.. kanang igo-igo pud mabusog ka to sorta feed your muscles.. ay lang pud nang junk food kaona.. any vegetable, complex carbs and lean meat will do

    generally imo buhat.on is lift weight, cardio and eat right..

    U don't need to go to the gym. Today my friend and I (fun doing it with friends) went to the oval and I jogged, she cycled (my bike was being repaired)..
    Anyways, after warming up, we did sprints and lunges across the oval, basketball lunges, lateral hops, leg raises, core strengthening exercises, step ups, lunge jumps, single-leg lunges, mountain climbers, tricep dips, single-leg planks and even crab walk racing hehe.
    Then for a cool down, we just mucked around heheh.
