    try using TCPView from sysinternals(search lng sa google), if you are using TCPView, you can see applications running in the window.

    Example is below
    Code:
    uTorrent.exe:7868    TCP    localhost:59916    124.13.86.52:25061    ESTABLISHED
    uTorrent.exe is using port 7868, and is hooked to your localhost via port 59916, and connected to IP Address 124.13.86.52 via 25061 port.

    if that app you wanted to check w/c ports iyang gigamit is currently running, it will be displayed sa netstat results
