i guess no. what are you expecting in gta iv for pc? better graphics? better gameplay? better physics? IMHO, any TPS or FPS are always better played in the PC. Screw those gamepad analog sticks tbh.

The Games For Windows listing says that the recommended system requirements will be announced soon, but a rumor has it that they were listed briefly and that they were:

We don't believe that those specs are authentic since they didn't mention Windows Vista as the recommended OS, it didn't specify the recommended CPU speed and shader support is part of DirectX 9, so "Direct3D 9 card compatible with Shader" doesn't make sense.
