Here's something to get everyone's creative juices going... every two weeks a topic will be posted on this thread. It's up to you guys to interpret this in anyway photographically (albeit conforming to istorya rules and regs ). Pictures posted or used must be taken by you. Post editing is allowed unless specified otherwise.

So since this is April Fool's Day... first topic is OPTICAL ILLUSIONS

Pictures must be made with a straight shot (no double exposures allowed). No photo manipulation allowed either. You must create the illusion through creative use of camera angles, lighting, or some other set up... get creative!!!!

Don't forget to tell your story of the shoot... especially what problems you faced and how you over came them. Here's a good example of how to write it out...

well, to start the ball rolling heres a simple entry, anybody can do this.

using my Kodak Z7590, place on tripod and set to a shutter speed of 13 sec. lighted my face using my nokia 8250 (u could use flash light by the way..) a few second from the left then moved and stayed a few seconds on the right..

problems: hard to focus and where to focus.. it would be easier if it was a thing or your shooting somebodyelse.

you can get better effects if shot on dim or dark place..so you can see much clearly the effect of the light.

same setup/settinhs as above, but used my cellphone to paint/write on the air my nick (reversed) to get this shot right..

nope.no photo manipulation.. as is.

tools or props:

p20 bill or any money bill w/ a face (kailangan Gahi pa hehee)
any model or subject
and any 3-up mpXl digi cam ( much better if DSLR wow mahalon hehee)

mmm.. i think mga 2.8 tingali to.. i use my kodak man.. nope didnt use bulb.. i think 13sec lng..
