Querry On Temp w/ Stock HSF & SPD

e7200 heating @ 39C on idle w/ stock hsf & speed, is this normal? room temp is around 24-25C

anybody here have this e7200 running at all stock with the same temp?

i assumed this 45nm junior could give me lesser but seems its neck-to-neck with my x2 6000+'s idle.

i dont like intel's factory hsf, its kinda cute donut.

i think its normal bro...stock hsf man imong gamit...basta ang full load dili lang molapas ug 65c payts pa na...on the safe side lang gyud pirmi...

i am just skeptical on this because i read somewhere that his e7200 running all @ stocks only gets 25-30 on idle.
