Try clearing your inbox and sent items.

like dondon2d said just clearing your inbox and sent items or the person you've pm have full inbox

if the error message says somethine like "You mailbox is Full"
then delete those messages cause we are only allow 50 Messages both Inbox and Sent Items
otherwise.. follow instruction below.
Go to Profile
Under Settings & Options
-Edit Options
Under Messaging & Notification
-Receive Email (Put a check in all 3 boxes)
-Private Messaging (Put a check Enable Private Messaging)
